Job description   

Are you a creative and data-driven professional ready to make your mark in marketing? As our Junior Marketeer, you’ll be part of a young, motivated team tasked with bringing our brand and solutions to the forefront of the offshore industry. From crafting compelling content to analyzing campaign results, you’ll gain hands-on experience while shaping our marketing strategy.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Marketing Campaigns: Assist in setting up and executing both online and offline campaigns. 
  • Content Creation: Write blogs, newsletters, social media posts, and other marketing materials.
  • Social Media Management: Manage accounts, publish content, and engage with followers.
  • Data Analysis: Monitor marketing performance (e.g., website traffic, conversions) and create reports.
  • Email Marketing: Develop and send email campaigns, segment audiences, and track results.
  • Market Research: Analyze trends and competitors to understand customer needs.
  • Event Support: Help organize events, fairs, and conferences.

 

Your Profile
We’re looking for someone who: 

  • Recently graduated or someone with HBO level of thinking in Marketing, Communication, or a related field.
  • Has excellent communication skills in English (Dutch is a plus)
  • Is creative, detail-oriented, and eager to learn.
  • Brings basic knowledge of digital marketing tools like Google Analytics, social media platforms, or email marketing software.
  • Is comfortable managing multiple tasks and meeting deadlines.
